A few weeks ago, we started hearing about TikTok's plans to introduce a dedicated app that focuses on sharing photos only – while competing with Instagram's main features. Most recently, according to some screenshots that came to the internet arena, it appears that the application will be called TikTok Notes.
Through TechCrunch, it is seen that TikTok itself has also confirmed which application is currently in the development process. However, it is not yet specified when it will be introduced to the public.
With this latest development, it simultaneously shows that TikTok continues to lead the social sharing arena with the introduction of new features, while also competing with Meta. It is not impossible that we will also see TikTok integrate their popular algorithm on TikTok Notes later, at the same time providing more access and new discoveries through photo sharing.
