Malaysia's First LG Academy and Service Center Now Open

Life's Good (LG) is a quite popular brand of electrical goods. In Malaysia, LG is famous for refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, air filters and more. Recently, LG has introduced Rent-Up which is their product rental program to compete with Coway, Cuckoo and others. To make Rent-Up a success they have opened the first Service Center and LG Academy in Malaysia.

This LG Service Center and Academy is for training LG employees and technicians. Those trained at the academy will become door-to-door technicians for LG customers who subscribe to Rent-Up. This place offers meeting rooms for important discussions, training rooms for learning the outside and inside of products and an MOT room for employees to test LG products.

Customers can also come to this place, it is located at; LG Service Center & Academy, Lot A-G-19 & A-1-19, Razak City, 2, Jalan Sungai Besi, Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. Customers who come can directly buy LG products on display if there is a sales agent. Otherwise, this LG Service Center and Academy will be the place where customers can complain, claim warranty and/or ask for assistance such as servicing of LG products that are overdue.

LG Malaysia representatives shared that their target with this service center and academy is to compete with Cuckoo or Coway. Now LG even has its own technicians who can help customers repair and service products such as air conditioners or air filters. The Rent-Up Program is said to allow users to own a product with a subscription period of 5-7 years.
