Maybank today issued a statement of apology regarding technical disruptions to major services that occurred during the day. Through it, some key services such as debit card transactions, online payments and ATM machines could not be accessed on April 5. The disruption also temporarily prevented people from making online payments as well as business premises.
Realizing this, Maybank immediately resolved the problem and all affected services were fully restored on the same day. Maybank sincerely apologizes to all customers for the inconvenience as they prepare for the festive season. At the same time, thank you for your patience.
