The Moondrop MIAD 01 is now official in China as it brings HiFi audio capabilities to an Android smartphone. Which makes the MIAD 01 not only located on the built-in DAC but also with two audio jacks. One balanced 4.4mm audio jack and one 3.5mm track.
The device comes with a 6.7″ OLED 120Hz screen, Dimensity 7050 chip, 12GB RAM LPDDR4X memory, 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and a 5000 mAh battery with 33W PD charging. The main camera consists of a 64MP wide-angle lens and another depth sensor. On the front there is also a 32MP selfie camera.
Small storage can be increased by up to 2TB using a micro SD card. The operating system is Android 14. To offer HiFi quality audio directly, the MIAD 01 comes with a Cirrus Logic MasterHIFI DAC. Details about the DAC model used cannot be shared at this point.
In China Moondrop MIAD 01 will be sold starting today at a price of RMB 2499 (~RM 1650) each.
