Netflix is now sharing the company's latest developments, stating that last quarter, it saw an increase of 9.3 million subscribers globally. This at the same time makes Netflix's total number of subscribers now reach 269.60 million, as of March 31, 2024.
However, Netflix emphasized that this is the last time they will share customer numbers, and will stop reporting them after this.
Moving forward, Netflix says it will share usage time on its service in lieu of these user figures. This move may also be parallel to attract more advertisers to their platform.
