Razer Blade 18 (2024) Launches With 4K 200Hz Screen And Thunderbolt 5




The Razer Blade 18 (2024) was first announced at CES 2024 but no details on the specifications were detailed. It seems now that Razer has shared more about it along with the official retail price. Among the spotlights is the new Thunderbolt 5 and being one of the first to support it.



Next, it also offers three display options, namely QHD+ 240Hz, QHD+ 300Hz Mini-LED and UHD+ 200Hz measuring 18-inches with an aspect ratio of 16:10. CPU is also used up to Intel Core i9-14900HX with 64 GB DDR5-5600MHz memory and storage based on SSD M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0. Then the CPU options are up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 (16GB GDDR6 VRAM).



There are also six built-in speakers supported by THX Spatial Audio. In addition to being equipped with its own Razar Chroma RGB lighting system and a 91.7Wh battery with 280W/300W charging. Various I/O options are also provided which include 3 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 1x USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, RJ45 – 2.5Gb ethernet, HDMI 2.1 and an SD card reader. The selling price of this laptop starts at $3,099.99 (~RM14,709) apiece.
