Realme GT Neo6 SE was launched in China yesterday with it using the recently announced Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip. Although the 7+ Gen 3 is a chip in the Snapdragon 7 family, the CPU core used is the same as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 series.
This year the GT Neo6 SE comes with a 6.78″ LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a brightness of up to 6000 nits. The above chip is paired with up to 16GB LPPDR5X memory, up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage and a 5500 mAh battery that supports 100W charging.
The main camera consists of a 50MP IMX882 wide-angle lens with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, a 32MP sensor is used for selfies. The body of the device passes the IP65 waterproof standard. There is also a fingerprint scanner under the screen and also a stereo speaker system. The Realme UI 5 operating system based on Android 14 is used along with some built-in AI features.
As a gaming device, GT Neo 6 SE comes with a large cooling chamber to ensure that heat issues do not occur. Realme also includes a mode to minimize the primary window for a while to allow owners to read and reply to messages without having to leave the game session. Another added feature is gesture control using the front camera.
