Redmi Turbo 3 has been launched in China as the first device under the Turbo family. It is a device that aims for high performance and touchless control features. Turbo 3 comes with a 6.67″ AMOLED 1.5K 120Hz screen that supports Dolby Vision display.
This screen is also matched with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, memory up to 16GB RAM, storage up to 1TB and a 5000 mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging. The main camera system on the back consists of a 50MP wide-angle lens with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Meanwhile on the front a 20MP sensor is used.
The front camera is not equipped with a 3D ToF sensor but the device can still be controlled using hand gestures without touching. Among the things that can be done are scrolling the screen, answering phone calls and interacting with the screen. The device also passes the IP64 standard.
Other features included are the AI system, fingerprint scanner under the screen, stereo speakers, IR emitter and the use of the HyperOS operating system based on Android 14.
