Three years ago Spotfiy HiFi was announced and it would offer lossless audio streaming at higher bit rates. It was delayed after Apple Music offered their lossless audio service at no extra charge. On Reddit, user Hypixely found a line of code indicating that Spotify HiFi might be rebranded as Music Pro.
The code shows 16-bit and 24-bit FLAC audio options that can be streamed later. The existence of this code is probably a sign that lossless audio streaming will finally arrive after being delayed for quite some time. The code also says Music Pro is an "add-on" to the Premium plan. It is likely that a small additional fee will be required to enjoy Music Pro.
What we can say is that to listen to lossless audio you need premium audio equipment. A cheap pair of TWS is not capable of providing a true high-fidelity audio experience.
