Tesla Uses Ancient Technology To Solve Cybertruck Problems

Tesla has been forced to recall nearly 4000 Cybertrucks that have been delivered to buyers due to issues with the accelerator pedal. There are reports that the metal lining on the accelerator pedal can come off and will cause it to get stuck. This can cause an accident because the driver loses control. A day after the Cybertruck was recalled, Tesla announced that the problem with their truck had been solved using ancient technology.

The iron liner is now connected directly to the accelerator pedal using rivets. The rivet is a technology that has been used by humans since the Bronze Age over 4000 years ago. It was the earliest way of quickly joining two pieces of metal. Weaknesses in the Titanic's rivets are believed to be one of the reasons why it sank after hitting floating ice more than 100 years ago.

The use of rivets on the Cybertruck throttle is only a temporary solution to allow the owner to continue using the truck. A permanent long-term solution will be announced by Tesla at a time that has not been determined at this time.
