TikTok CEO Expects to Win Legally Against US Coercion

Earlier this morning, the President of the United States signed a bill that forces Bytedance to sell TikTok if it wants to continue operating in the United States. Otherwise, the application will be blocked from access in the country concerned.

Continuing from that, the CEO of TikTok has now shared that they expect the application to continue operating in the country as usual. The TikTok CEO emphasized that the constitution and various facts are on their side, and is expected to prevail against any legal case.

Bytedance itself has previously stated that it will not sell the TikTok operation, in addition to the Chinese government setting the requirement to have the approval of the Chinese authorities for the sale of anything involving algorithms and artificial intelligence.

In the United States, there are around 170 million TikTok users, and it also contributes economically by helping small businesses and so on. Let's all look forward to the development of this case, and how TikTok will continue to operate in the country in question.
