TIME Apologizes For Internet Problems That Affect 40% Of Customers – Service Now Restored

TIME's internet service is experiencing disruption today, where a large number of users are facing problems accessing or browsing the internet under their service. In parallel, after a few hours, TIME confirmed the problem, and now informs that the problem has been solved.

According to TIME, the problem occurred between 5.38pm and 7.12pm, and it was fully restored by 7.35pm. This internet problem impacted 40% of TIME's customers - one of the biggest so far.

At 5:38 p.m., TIME found both of its Secure DNS servers inaccessible, rendering a number of services unusable. TIME resolved the issue by using a backup DNS server immediately.

TIME said it apologized for failing to communicate with customers about the issue – including through a website that was difficult to reach, or through social media channels.

For TIME customers who are still having trouble accessing it, you are asked to restart your router, and can use the internet again as usual.
