Touch n Go eWallet Will Charge 1% Exchange Charge For Overseas Transactions

Touch n Go eWallet now informs users that starting from 25 April 2024, the digital wallet will start charging a 1% exchange charge for any overseas transaction.

As many are aware, you can now use the Touch n Go eWallet digital wallet in a number of countries, as a result of integration and cooperation with AliPay+. Users only need to scan the QR code, and can make payments at millions of retailers abroad, making it easier for you when traveling because you no longer need to prepare cash for a country.

However, the offer will be subject to an exchange charge of 1% on any foreign transaction, effective April 25, 2024. Touch n Go eWallet states that the charges you pay later will also include these transaction charges along with it.
