I had already used various types of accessories produced by Ugreen. Then after regularly using accessories released by phone manufacturers, I kept forgetting about Ugreen's existence until I received their 100W GaN Fast Charger two years ago. To this day I have been a loyal user of Ugreen. Most recently, the Nexode RG was launched as a robot-shaped GaN charger that uses the screen as a face.
SPECIFICATION AND DESIGN
Nexode RG is a GaN fast charger with Power Delivery PPS technology. This charger uses 65W power which can share power with other ports such as 45W + 20W, 45W + 7.5W + 7.5W and more. Thermal Guard Tech is used to read more than 238 temperature readings, the temperature sensor is always active and Bold GanFast is used for energy efficiency up to 95%.
The design of this charger is like a cute robot with removable magnetic legs/pants. The weight of this charger is around 226.8 grams, it has an LED screen for eyes and mouth that can change according to the charging status and has three ports which are 2x USB-C + 1x USB-A. The charging power if using one or more ports is as follows;
USAGE EXPERIENCE
The experience of using this charger is very interesting. It reminds me of the more expensive Shargeek Retro 35W GaN Charger but is limited to 35W. This Ugreen Nexode RG 65W is sold at a cheaper price and is more powerful. Yes, it doesn't have a color screen but the eyes and mouth that change according to charging status are interactive enough and cute to me.
Using this charger is more or less using the Ugreen 100W GaN Fast Charger because each port has its own power and each use of two or three ports has a different power match. For example if I use one USB-C port, it can charge MacBook Air M2 from 0% to 55% in 30 minutes, Nintendo Switch OG has no problem to charge from 0% to 100% in 3 hours like original charger and Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G can also be charged at the same 45W rate as the charger in the box.
The charger also does not heat up during use. What I like is that Ugreen offers two colors which are black or purple suitable for men or women. My one complaint is the sale price. Although it's cheaper than Shargeek, the 65W GaN charger priced at RM159 is quite expensive, especially if it's only RM51 more to get the Ugreen 100W GaN Fast Charger. If you feel the extra RM51 for the screen is more important than getting a more powerful charger, there's nothing stopping you from getting one.

CONCLUSION
After almost a month of using this charger, I can say Ugreen has once again not disappointed. It is clearly a quality charging product and up to the right standards. It's just that a robot design like this is not for everyone, especially when the selling price is approaching that of other more powerful chargers.
But if you want to liven up your work desk, want to reduce the stress of working by seeing a smiling robot after your device is charged, this Nexode RG 65W is for you. Ugreen also offers a 30W variant that costs around RM79.90.
