Viber is one of the messaging apps that has its own fans. This application, synonymous with the color purple, today introduces the integration of AI features through the use of OpenAI technology in an effort to make it easier for users to formulate messages in group conversations.
With this move, it will allow users to follow conversations in various messaging groups on Viber without having to read every single missed message. For this initial stage, Viber's built-in artificial intelligence can summarize up to 100 unread messages, and show users a brief summary.
Viber is introducing this feature gradually in several countries – on iOS and Android platforms. For now, Malaysia has not yet received support for this message summary feature.
