JPJ today made a surprise by announcing that BJAK does not have any approval from JPJ in carrying out the road tax renewal transaction. JPJ was seen issuing this statement after BJAK was found to be using promotional words stating that their services were "audited, validated and approved by JPJ".
Further to that, BJAK has now issued an official comment, stating that they are aware of the matter, and are in discussions with the authorities to find a solution that benefits both parties, as well as consumers.
In addition, BJAK emphasizes that their main services are insurance offers and comparisons for insurance – while road tax renewal is only offered as an option to customers.
