Bose has launched a new portable speaker named SoundLink Max. Thanks to its durable construction and long battery life, it is suitable for recreational use. In addition to passing the IP67 rating which means waterproof and dustproof.
Bose further equips these speakers with three sets of audio drivers in the front to create sound from multiple directions as if listening naturally. Two downward-pointing passive radiators are also included for better sound distribution and bass output levels.
There are also built-in shortcut buttons for various controls including enabling Spotify Tap. Quick pairing can be done via bluetooth 5.3 which also supports dual-device smart connection simultaneously. Meanwhile, the supported codecs are AAC, SBC, AAC and aptX Adaptive.
Finally, the included battery can operate for up to 20 hours and can be recharged via the provided USB-C port. Bose SoundLink Max is sold at a price of £399 (~RM2,371) each with a choice of blue and black.
