Canva Enterprise And Work Kit Announced For Larger Organizations



Canva simplifies the process of creating work in the office even if you don't have a design background. Initially Canva is targeting use among small and medium businesses that need help designing social media content and advertising. This morning they also offer Canva Enterprise which targets larger organizations.



Canva Enterprises is another subscription plan with features that will make it easier to work collaboratively in larger organizations. It's designed for companies with over 100 employees unlike the existing Canva Teams plan.



Through it the management of advertising assets, guideline documents, and standardization of company messages can be done more easily. All members in Canva Enterprise can access the same assets simultaneously avoiding wasted time due to mistakes in the use of a new logo for example.



Next is the Work Kit which provides templates available for several tasks. At the initial stage, the Work Kit offered is Sales, Marketing, Creative and Human Resource. Each kit will contain the elements needed to quickly produce the work the user needs.


In addition, Canva also updated the interface so that it is easier to find the necessary tools. AI systems are also introduced such as using previously produced content as a template to change the tone of new content being written. With this, a message that is more consistent with the brand can be produced as easily as pressing a button.
