CIMB today announced that it will end the offering of the CIMBClicks application, effective 11 June 2024. After that date, the CIMBClicks application will no longer be downloadable and will be removed from the AppStore, PlayStore and AppGallery.
Users will need to download CIMB OCTO after that date to use the CIMB banking application.
For existing users of the CIMBClicks application, you can still access and use it in making various transactions as usual. So, if you have already installed and used the CIMBClicks application on your device, you can continue to use it without any problem. But after June 11, 2024, you will no longer be able to download the application and will need to download CIMB OCTO instead.
CIMB stated that this transition is in an effort to offer a newer and more up-to-date user experience, along with a neater and friendlier interface.
For those of you who use CIMB, you can download CIMB OCTO and use it with a number of new features. CIMB OCTO is already available on Apple AppStore and Google Play Store.
