With the announcement of the Microsoft Copilot+ laptop branding introduced for Microsoft Windows 11 devices powered by ARM processing chips, Dell also showcased their offering for laptops in this class.
If laptop brands like Acer and ASUS are showing only one Copilot+ laptop model, Dell has introduced several Copilot+ laptop models based on their existing laptop models, namely Dell XPS 13, Dell Latitude and Dell Inspiron.
Starting with the Dell XPS 13, this laptop will come with the compact design shown on the previous Dell XPS 13 laptop, but will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processing chip with a memory option of up to 64GB and internal storage that uses a 2TB SSD .
In terms of display, the Dell XPS 13 will come with a choice of 13.4-inch IPS or OLED display with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 with a 120Hz refresh rate and support for HDR technology.
As always, the advantage of the Dell XPS 13 lies in its size and light weight. With a thickness of 1.7cm and a weight of only 1.17kg, this laptop can be seen as one of the lightest AI laptops on the market today.
In the meantime, Dell Inspiron 14 and Inspiron 14 Plus will also be powered by a choice of Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus processing chip and also a choice of 16GB LPDDR5X memory and a choice of 512GB and 1TB storage depending on the user's needs. Both of these computers will also come with a 14-inch screen display option with a resolution of up to 2560 x 1600 and a brightness value of 400 nits.
The Dell Latitude 7455 will come with a configuration that uses both Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus chips with LPDDR5X memory options up to 32GB and PCIe Gen4 SSD storage of 1TB.
For this laptop, it will feature a 14-inch IPS screen display with a resolution of 2650×1600 and will also come with support for WiFi7 wireless internet connection, along with a USB 3.2 Type-A plug and two USB 4 Type-C plugs. .
For now, Dell has confirmed that pre-orders for this laptop have already opened in certain markets. For now, the pre-order has not yet been opened for the Malaysian market.
