Fujifilm GFX100S II is also offered in Malaysia at RM 26,888

Fujifilm today introduced the new GFX100S II camera in Malaysia, which is equipped with a large format sensor approximately 1.7 times larger than a 35mm full frame sensor. It features a 102MP sensor along with the latest X-Processor 5 image processor for better image quality. In addition, there is also support for the built-in 5-axis IBIS stabilization system with a maximum of 8.0 stops included.

The sensor also offers a standard exposure sensitivity range of ISO80 – 12800 for both video and still image recording. Video capability up to 4K30FPS in 10-bit 4:2:2 is possible, in addition to supporting Apple ProRes recording via an external SSD (using a USB-C cable). Also followed are two F-Log formats including F-Log2 which can be used for more pleasant color control on images.

Autofocus tracking capabilities for still images and video are also more accurate with the help of AI. At the same time, it allows the camera to detect the subject more accurately even in low lighting situations. A total of 20 Film Simulation setting options (including REALA ACE) are provided. The GFX100S II is also integrated with Frame.io to upload photos and videos directly to cloud storage without the need for additional accessories.

The viewfinder is a 0.5″ OLED with 5.76 million dots. Then a 3.2" touch LCD screen is also included on the back panel and can be moved for flexibility purposes. The Fujifilm GFX100S II is sold in Malaysia at a price of RM26,888 for the body only and can be pre-ordered starting now with a gift worth RM5,235.
