KIMIA Malaysia Introduces a Mobile Laboratory in the Level of Ability to Deal with Disasters Involving Chemicals

KIMIA Malaysia has now announced the launch of a mobile laboratory, as one of its efforts to increase capacity and preparedness in dealing with any form of disaster involving chemicals.

This mobile laboratory is equipped with a variety of high-tech scientific equipment, and can provide preliminary reports in determining the level of security of an incident area, in addition to risk assessment at the site.

Even before this, KIMIA Malaysia has established a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives Action Team - following the tragedies of river and air pollution that have happened before. The team can respond to chemical incidents and disasters, and take early steps to deal with them.
