Maybank is now informing users that the MAE application is currently experiencing technical problems, making the application relatively slow in operation. This also makes a number of users unable to perform payment and banking transactions through MAE.
As a temporary alternative, Maybank asks users to use the Maybank2U website for a while.
A number of users have expressed their frustration over this, not to mention that the problem has recurred this week. In addition, users also expressed difficulty in accessing Secure2U, making it difficult for them to confirm payments.
Maybank through social sharing stated that they are trying to solve this problem as soon as possible.
