Her face took the form of Rosalie Nombre, a Ukrainian singer who gave the rights to her image for free to the government.
According to Dmytro Kuleba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the action of using AI avatars is necessary to convey the latest information to the public when the country is still involved in the war with Russia.
