Yes has previously collaborated with Shopee in presenting a program called Yes Databack x Shopee. Launched at the end of 2020, Yes has now announced that it will end the offer with effect from 31 May 2024.
In parallel, Yes through Shopee reminds users to redeem any data before 31 May 2024.
Through this program, Yes offers 5GB of free data for every RM50 spent on the Shopee platform. This is at the same time beneficial to Yes users, who are also actively shopping on the Shopee platform.
Yes says more than 200 million vouchers have been redeemed, showing 6 billion GB of data given to users. Yes did not give any reason why they ended this promotion, other than stating that they will end this promotion phase for now, and will plan with better promotions in the future.
For those of you who actively use Yes and Shopee, don't forget to redeem your Yes Databack data before May 31, 2024.
