Apple today showed the pre-opening of the Apple Store, while also announcing the introduction of the Apple Pickup feature for the Malaysian market. Through it, it allows users to make reservations and purchases through the Apple Store web, and then pick up the product at the Apple Store Malaysia located at The Exchange TRX.
With this step, it also makes it easier for users to get the product quickly, without having to wait for home delivery which may take a few extra days.
At the same time, this will also help when launching some products, such as the iPhone. Where users don't have to line up to buy at the launch, instead they can make a purchase on the web, and come to get their iPhone.
This Apple Pickup feature is expected to be activated in a few days – parallel to the opening of Apple The Exchange TRX on June 22, 2024.
