DNB's New CEO May Be Appointed After SSA Process Is Completed – Gobind Singh Deo

Digital Nasional Berhad, the company behind the country's 5G internet network infrastructure, interestingly still has no new CEO since their first CEO, Ralph Marshall left the company after his contract expired in early 2023.

Through a report by The Star, Gobind Singh Deo, the Digital Minister in charge of this company has said that so far, DNB seems likely to start thinking about who will take over the leadership of the company after the share subscription agreement (SSA) process is complete at the end this month.

He said that when the SSA process is complete, the company's board of directors will meet to discuss the company's direction, and one of the topics expected to be discussed is the appointment of a new CEO to lead the company.

Regarding the appointment of the new CEO as well, Gobind said again that the details of any appointment decision were not discussed with him.
