Figma Introduces New Interface, Including AI Integration Support

Figma is one of the widely used platforms in the web and application design arena. Most recently, this week, Figma has announced a number of new things coming to their platform, starting with an updated interface design.

Called Figma UI3, it comes with several new user-friendly updates, including support for easily resizable elements, as well as the unification of various elements under one panel to facilitate designers. The new interface will also focus more on the user's work, rather than on Figma's own designs and elements.

In addition, Figma will also integrate a number of generated artificial intelligence support to further simplify the design process. Among the things supported are to find design assets, generate text in the design, and some other things that simplify and make the design process faster. Figma emphasizes that they care about privacy, and do not practice using user works without permission.

Along with this announcement, Figma also announced the Figma Slides feature that makes it easy to present application and web prototypes using it without having to do screen recording, or other applications.

A number of these new features have already been offered in beta form to Figma users worldwide.
