At WWDC earlier last month Apple announced several improvements to the Final Cut Pro video editing application for Macs and also iPads with Apple Silicon chips. Today Final Cut Pro for Mac 10.8 and Final Cut Final Cut Pro for iPad 2 applications are finally available for download.
Final Cut Pro for Mac 10.8 brings several features that use the capabilities of the neural engine on the Apple Silicon chip such as Enhance Light and Color and Smooth Slo-Mo. Meanwhile, Final Cut Final Cut Pro for iPad 2 comes with the feature of processing projects stored in SSD storage without having to import them first to internal storage. New Apple Pencil support with features like Barrel Roll is also included.
Final Cut Camera capabilities are also finally activated with it allowing videos streamed from four iPhones or iPads to be edited directly from within the application. This will allow video streaming to be done by a single individual for local multi-directional camera control.
Final Cut Pro for iPad 2 and Final Cut Pro for Mac 10.8 can be downloaded for free by existing customers. For those who do not have it, Final Cut Pro for iPad 2 is offered at a price of RM22.90 per month or RM199 per year through the App Store. Final Cut Pro for Mac 10.8 can be purchased through the Mac App Store at a price of RM1,299.90.
