Microsoft Will Introduce AI Offering To Help Customer Service Centers

Microsoft today is ready to invest heavily in the arena of artificial intelligence, including integrating it into the Windows operating system, in addition to their various services, including Office and even Bing. Most recently, the computing giant also shared that it will introduce a number of specialized services and equipment to help customer service centers.

With this step, it is expected to help the customer service center in solving the problems faced by a customer faster. It is also expected to be able to be integrated with each service's chatbot in solving user problems faster – before being connected to a human who answers the call.

Microsoft is targeting the introduction of these services and offerings by July 1, 2024.

Previously, among the local providers who have stated that they will use artificial intelligence in customer service is Grab, through the integration of OpenAI software.
