Google Search returns page views on the search results performed by the user. Previously search results were displayed in a continuous scroll. Page views are returning to Google Search for desktop searches starting today, bringing back the iconic design used since the search site launched.
As a reminder the search results feature with endless scrolling was introduced on mobile devices in October 2021 and then on desktop in December 2022. According to Google this classic feature has been brought back to display search results that are faster and more preferred by users.
