Starlink Mini Launched For Mobile Satellite Internet Access

After the design of the Starlink Mini was leaked a few days ago, it finally started being offered to selected customers since yesterday. Starlink Mini uses a smaller satellite antenna the size of a 13″ laptop and is designed to be easily taken anywhere such as camping in the backcountry.

At this time the Starlink Mini is only offered to existing Starlink customers in the United States. It can be purchased for $599 a month with a $30 per month subscription that offers speeds of up to 100 Mbps and a data quota of 50GB. When running out of data, $1 is charged for each additional 1GB.

It is still unknown when the Starlink Mini will go on sale publicly and will be offered to global users.
