Starlink satellite internet service has changed the lives of rural residents in Malaysia since it started operating almost a year ago. It is also useful in battlefields such as the Ukraine-Russia conflict and is also offered in Qatar Airways airplanes for an internet experience of up to 500Mbps. Later, Starlink will also target users who want to use their services while camping with Starlink Mini.
The Starlink Mini design has been leaked with an antenna of only 11.4″ x 9.8″ which is smaller than the 23.4″ x 15″ of the current antenna. This new antenna is only the size of a laptop which makes it easy to store in a backpack. The router is also built directly into the antenna and is not offered separately.
Therefore customers who want to camp, fish or who want to use it in the car can still use Starlink without having to worry about carrying a large antenna. There is no information on when the Starlink Mini will be offered to interested customers.
