Yoodo is ready to announce that it will end the brand and service under them effective August 29, 2024. Further to that, Yoodo now shares some new developments, and what will happen to Yoodo customers moving forward.
According to Yoodo, starting June 19, 2024, they will no longer accept new applications and activations. After the said date, users will be given the option to switch to the telecommunications company of the user's choice, terminate the Yoodo service, or continue with the existing plan with CelcomDigi.
This Yoodo plan will be part of the CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G offer after 29 August 2024. This will simultaneously allow users to remain on the existing plan, and also bring the remaining credit to the CelcomDigi plan.
For those of you who do not want to continue the line under the CelcomDigi plan, then you can choose to move out to another line, or terminate the line completely. Users who have a credit balance can also apply for a return through a special page provided by Yoodo.
