YouTube Will Integrate Google Lens On Android Apps

YouTube doesn't stop adding exciting new features and functions to their apps no matter for iOS or Android platforms. After including a song search feature by humming the rhythm on the Android app, they recently tested integrating Google Lens as well.

On the search bar of the YouTube app there is now a Google Lens icon. If pressed, Google Lens will use seeing and reading technology to identify objects and text so that they can be searched directly on YouTube. This feature also allows users to continue searching using the Google search engine without leaving YouTube.

This feature is still in testing stage and only lucky users can test it. It is quite interesting to see Google expanding the use of Google Lens giving users various alternatives to search for things.
