ADATA Introduces Computer Frames That Support BTF Cable Connections – XPG Invader X BTF

ADATA is a technology brand known for their memory and storage products, and it also has a sub-brand that focuses on the development of computer and gaming accessories, namely XPG.

Shortly after showing off their XPG Nia portable console, ADATA showed off another new product, this time it's a computer chassis that supports the new BTF connectivity technology.

BTF is a new cable connection technology developed by ASUS where the cable plug is moved to the back of the motherboard, or moved to the PCIe plug part for the graphics card for a neater desktop computer build.

One issue with this BTF technology is that not many computer frameworks currently support it. Recently, ADATA has shown their latest desktop frame. which is the XPG Invader X BTF that supports the BTF motherboard, specifically the power plug connection on the back of this motherboard.

In the meantime, this computer frame also supports up to 10 120mm size cooling fans. In the meantime, this Invader X BTF frame also supports a 360mm cooling radiator without any problems. This frame can also accommodate a 400mm long graphics card. In terms of motherboard support, XPG says that this frame can support Mini-ITX sized motherboards all the way up to full ATX size.

So far, not many motherboards and graphics cards have been seen to support this BTF feature, but ASUS and MSI are among the first to take advantage of it, and it is expected that ADATA will introduce this Invader X BTF frame to selected markets soon.
