Android 15 stable is coming soon. It will be offered to Google Pixel devices first before other devices. Even though the new generation Android operating system is about to arrive, did you know that many people are still using the old version of Android?
In the 9to5Google report, they reported that the majority of users are still using Android 13 devices. A total of 20.9% of devices are still active compared to last year only 5.2% are active.. The second most devices are with Android 11 which is 19% of the total devices are still active. Next is Android 12 with 14.7% and Android 14 is still at 13%. Surprisingly, there are still many active users of Android 10 devices.
This usually happens when users do not activate automatic system updates, are stubborn to not want to update, or simply do not know about the device can be updated to the latest Android. So far only Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy offer fast and latest Android updates, besides supporting them for a long time.
