A few days ago one of Apple's paid services experienced a network outage that caused the issue of losing connection or it just kept disconnecting. This service is iCloud Private Relay which is part of the iCloud+ subscription plan. Yesterday it recovered.
According to the System Status page by Apple, the iCloud personal relay service was restored on July 28 before 11 am. iCloud Private Relay is a feature you receive in your iCloud+ subscription. Imagine it's a VPN by Apple that focuses on hiding your real IP address and replacing it with a temporary one for privacy and security. With the problem that occurred during these few days resolved, all Internet connections again if you use Safari will return to normal.
