Apple Reportedly May Use Samsung's Camera Sensor On iPhone

Apple is ready to use Sony's camera sensor on their smartphones. However, there are now rumors that Apple will soon change the use of Sony sensors, and also use Samsung sensors in the next iPhone.

According to Ming-Chi Kuo, Samsung is expected to join as a camera supplier for future iPhone models, possibly as early as 2026. Samsung is expected to offer a 48-megapixel camera for Apple.

It is said that Samsung has formed a team specifically for Apple. This move is also expected to end Sony's dominance in supplying photo and video recording sensors to Apple so far. Apple is not expected to dump Sony, but rather also seek the services of several different suppliers to meet the demands of the technology company.
