CIMB is now issuing a warning, informing users that they will start terminating some services on the CIMB Clicks application in stages. While the CIMB Clicks app can still be used, some features will be limited or discontinued – and can only be done through the CIMB OCTO app.
CIMB stated that the top-up function and also e-Fixed Savings will end in August 2024, followed by DuitNow QR and Foreign Transfer features in September 2024, and finally JomPay and CIMB Deals in October 2024.
As everyone is aware, CIMB no longer offers the CIMB Clicks application for Android and iPhone through the application store, instead existing users can use the application if it is installed on their device. However, with this phasing out, it will make existing users move to CIMB OCTO even faster.
For those of you who use CIMB, are you still using the CIMB Clicks application, or have you started the transition to CIMB OCTO completely?
