KTM Berhad now informs that the KITS ticketing system as well as all KTMB Customer Service Center complaint channels are experiencing technical disruption due to the Crowdstrike problem involving Microsoft Windows. KTMB apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
For those who don't know about the Crowdstrike problem, it appears that Crowdstrike's latest update causes computers running the Windows operating system to crash and display a BSOD screen. This simultaneously interferes with the company's daily activities and operations. Crowdstrike products are used by various companies in an effort to deal with cyber attacks, malware, etc.
This problem involves on a global level, causing various companies to disrupt their activities and operations. For now, it is not known how long it will take to overcome this problem.
