Rumor has it that DJI is developing two new action cameras which may be known as DJI Action 5 and DJI Action 5 Pro. There seems to be a different approach in the pipeline this time around as usually only one version is offered for each action camera launched. In a simple sense, DJI seems to want to give more diverse options like Insta360 has done through the introduction of their Ace and Ace Pro action cameras.
Unfortunately, not much is known about it at the moment. But there are viral pictures that show the Action 5 Pro can use a durable body with a simple finish. There is also a 1/1.3-inch sensor with an f/2.8 aperture and a 155° viewing angle. In addition to also offering fast wired charging support. The official launch date has yet to be confirmed.
