Intel's Lunar Lake CPU series that was just introduced at last month's Computex Taipei event should only reveal additional details such as model names in a few months, closer to when these processing chips are launched alongside new laptops.
Recently, an update to the computer component details software CPU-Z appears to have listed the names of these latest Intel processing chips, including them along with the Intel Arrow Lake series of processing chips, which will also be launched later this year.
The processor chip model names shown for Lunar Lake are as follows: Intel Core Ultra 9 288V, Intel Core Ultra 7 268V, Intel Core Ultra 7 266V, Intel Core Ultra 7 258V, Intel Core Ultra 7 256V, Intel Core Ultra 5 236V , Intel Core Ultra 5 228V, and Intel Core Ultra 5 2266V.
The names of the Intel Arrow Lake models shown are Intel Core Ultra 9 285K, Intel Core Ultra 9 275, Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, Intel Core Ultra 7 255, Intel Core Ultra 5 245K and Intel Core Ultra 5 240.
Further details such as the number of cores built, CPU speed and the amount of memory specifically for the Lunar Lake chip are still unknown, and we expect that these details will only be revealed closer to the launch event for these processing chips.
