Malaysian Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro Buyers Receive Notification of Product Will Arrive Late



We reported last week that quality issues with the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro were causing delays in the delivery of the product to pre-order buyers. In the United States sales have also been temporarily suspended.


The silicone bud part on the Buds3 Pro is easy to tear even when it is newly purchased and cosmetic issues on the finish were detected by early buyers. Samsung Malaysia when contacted said products will still be sold as usual for the local market.



This morning we received information from our reader @rahmansallehin who received a notification that the pre-ordered Buds3 Pro will be delayed. Originally the product was said to be received on July 29th but now it will only be received on August 30th. This is the same delivery period that Buds3 Pro buyers in the United States received.


Clearly there is a production issue and the impact is global. So far only the Buds3 Pro has been delayed while the regular Buds3 will be received on the promised date.
