Huawei is in the process of coming up with a new foldable device Nova Flip. It will be officially launched in China on August 5. The brand is yet to confirm any information about the specifications. But it was found to be leaked earlier through the Digital Chat Station sharing.
The device is expected to use a 6.79″ LTPO OLED panel on the external screen making it the largest ever used for this type of device. It will offer a resolution of 2690 x 1136 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Then the outer screen will have a 2.14″ OLED panel that is square in shape with a refresh rate of 60Hz. The external screen is also said to support many functions and uses that users can take advantage of.
There are also two camera bumps included on the external screen of the device which can consist of a 50MP main and an 8MP ultra-wide which will also work for macros. Apart from that the device will also have a 32MP selfie camera and a 4400mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. Memory options can reach 12GB RAM and 1TB internal storage.
DCS also added that the Nova Flip will be available in a leather version that will measure 15.08mm when folded and 6.88mm when the device is open. There is also a slightly thicker glass version measuring 15.12mm and 6.9mm respectively when folded and unfolded.
