The Realme 13 Pro series has been officially launched in India just now. A total of two models are available with a focus on better camera systems. There are also AI-based features available for a better device usage experience.
Realme 13 Pro+ 5G is equipped with a 6.7″ FHD+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. This is matched by other additional features that include a contrast ratio of 5000000:1, a maximum peak brightness of 1200nits and the ability to display up to 1.07 billion colors. It is also powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip, 12GB RAM memory, 512GB storage. Followed by RealmeUI 5.0 software based on Android 14 and a 5200mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging as a complement.
The tri-camera used consists of 50MP Sony LYT-600 (periscope) + 50MP Sony LYT-701 (main) + 8MP (ultra-wide) with OIS. The 32MP selfie camera is placed in a small hole on the front screen. Other features the device has are stereo speakers with Hi-Res Audio, IP65 waterproofing and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
Next, the Realme 13 Pro 5G also uses a 6.7″ FHD+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. This is matched with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip, 12GB RAM memory, 512GB internal storage and a 5200mAh battery. The charging system is given only 45W which is lower than the Pro+ version.
Then the camera system consists of a 50MP Sony LYT-600 (main) + 8MP ultra-wide with OIS on the back and a 32MP selfie. Again no periscope sensor support is provided here as found in the Pro+ version. Other features the device has are stereo speakers with Hi-Res Audio, IP65 waterproofing and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
Both are also paired with Realme's new imaging technology called HYPERIMAGE+. In addition to also integrating AI-based features that are believed to be able to improve the photography experience to a better level. The features provided include AI HyperRAW Algorithm, AI Pure Bokeh, AI Natural Skin Tone, AI Ultra Clarity, AI Smart Removal, AI Audio Zoom and AI Group Enhance.
In India Realme 13 Pro 5G is sold starting at INR23,999 (~RM1,322) while the Realme 13 Pro+ 5G starts at INR29,999 (~RM1,653) each.
