OpenAI has previously demonstrated voice conversation support on the ChatGPT application in obtaining various responses to queries. It then became one of the hot topics when it was said to take an actor's voice without permission.
Now, after several months since showing the feature, OpenAI announced the offering of this feature called Advanced Voice Mode to a small number of ChatGPT Plus users.
Using it, users can call ChatGPT through the term "Hey, ChatGPT", and ask questions and chat with the artificial intelligence model that can identify various things, including emotions when responding. For this initial phase, it includes four different voices, and a fifth voice that sounds like Scarlett Johansson's is not included for now.
OpenAI is expected to gradually expand this feature offering to all ChatGPT Plus users in the coming weeks.
