Oppo A3 was launched in China a while ago with it offering mid-range specifications. Through it this phone uses a 6.7″ AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2412 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. This is combined with a display capability of up to 1.07 billion and a peak brightness of 1200 nits as a complement.
Internally, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 695 5G chip, up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. A 5,000mAh battery is also used which can be recharged via USB-C port and 45W SuperVOOC charging. A dual-main camera with a 50MP + 2MP depth setup is also loaded on the device. Followed by an 8MP selfie camera.
Other specifications include an in-screen fingerprint scanner, running Android 14, a built-in 5G network, IP65 waterproofing and bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. The devices are sold for RMB1599 (~RM1,037), RMB1799 (~RM1,167) and RMB2099 (~RM1,361) each. For an interlude, the new Oppo A3 Pro is offered in Malaysia at RM1099 and is available exclusively through CelcomDigi.
