PitchIN, one of the peer-to-peer platforms that facilitate various companies to raise funds from investors and individuals across the country, now also announces the introduction of PSTX.
PSTX is an exchange for buying and selling shares in the company, to other parties. With this move, early investors can sell holdings if needed – unlike before which was quite difficult. This also makes it easier for investors to better manage their portfolios – including whether to continue holding onto the company, or choose to sell it.
For now, PSTX will only be traded on two days a week, which is every Wednesday and Thursday, between 10am and 5pm. For those of you who are interested, you can check PSTX today, and see shares in startups that are sold, as well as participate in trading on the exchange.
