Sales of Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro Temporarily Stopped Due to Quality Issues

Samsung has temporarily suspended sales of the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro earphones after early adopters in markets such as South Korea and the United States reported some quality issues with the products they received. Among the complaints that can be seen through the Reddit page is the silicone ear buds that are easy to tear even after being worn for a few days.

In a statement given to pre-order customers in the United States, the product will only be received at the end of August, a month later than the original shipping date. The product is also now no longer available for purchase through some online stores in the United States.

In addition to torn silicone buds, buyers have also reported scratches on the surface of the earphones. This quality issue has caused Samsung to offer replacements to all users who are not satisfied with the TWS they received.

This issue was not reported by early adopters of the Galaxy Buds3 because this model does not come with silicone buds. We are still trying to get a response from Samsung Malaysia to find out if the delay issue will also be experienced by customers who have pre-ordered.
